5:00pm- 7:30pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday) October: 5th, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29. A mix of Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco. Basic and advanced wrestling training program designed for middle school and high school wrestlers ready to take their skills to the next level. Athletes will refine technique, develop advanced wrestling fundamentals, build strength and conditioning, and improve confidence through high-intensity, structured training. Ideal for competitive wrestlers committed to maximizing their performance, gaining an edge over the competition, and pursuing long-term success on the mat. Please be registered with USA Wrestling and have your USA card on hand. www.usawmembership.com. USA cards are renewed once a year. $60 value. USA card allows for injury cost and access to summer tournaments.
