4:30pm-7:00pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, ((9:30am-12:00pm Saturday)) August: 17th, 19, 21, 22, 24, 26, 28, 29, 31, and September: 2, 4, 5th. Train from the ground up with core fundamentals, progress to advanced instruction, and finish with live wrestling to put it all together.
