Boys and Girls: 4:30pm-6:30pm (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, ((1:30pm-3:30pm Saturday)) August: 18th, 20, 22, 25, 27, 29, September 1, 3, 5th, Train from the ground up with core fundamentals, progress to advanced instruction, and finish with live sparring to put it all together.
